joylink365 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party payment provider outages are outside joylink365's direct control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
joylink365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where joylink365 reasonably believes that:
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting joylink365 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance (after deducting non-withdrawable Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
